About us
The Crate Nook is operated by QuantumGen Enterprises. These terms apply to purchases from our store and use of our website. Contact us at thecratenook@gmail.com. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information about orders and personal information.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.
Products and sizing
Unless the listing expressly says otherwise, our product is a crate cover only; crates, dogs, bedding and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included. Measure the outside length, width and height of your crate and compare all three measurements with the selected cover dimensions. A nominal crate size alone does not establish fit. Colors may appear different on different screens, and any measurement tolerance disclosed on the product page applies.
Product descriptions and specifications form part of your purchase information. Lifestyle and illustrative images show possible settings and arrangements. They do not add accessories or features to the product being sold. This does not reduce your rights if goods are incorrectly described or supplied.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency identified on the site or at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. International import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Payment is handled by the payment services offered at checkout.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order. If stock, payment verification, shipping availability or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund payments received for the canceled items and associated charges as required by law. Changes to published prices apply to future purchases, not retrospectively to accepted orders.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Please read our Shipping Policy for processing, delivery estimates, tracking and international shipping information, and our Refund Policy for returns and cancellations. Contact us promptly about changes or problems. Mandatory cancellation, delivery, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected by these terms.
Product use
Follow the product's installation and care guidance. Maintain suitable ventilation and temperature, keep openings clear, and supervise your dog when introducing a cover. Keep fabric and fasteners out of reach of dogs that pull or chew them, and discontinue use if damaged or unsafe. The cover is not a substitute for supervision or suitable shelter and does not treat anxiety or other medical or behavioral conditions. No chew-proof or escape-proof performance is promised.
Website content and outside services
Website text, branding and media are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes; commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. External links and payment services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, but this does not remove obligations relating to purchases you make from us.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections. Any legally required warranties or remedies continue to apply. Please contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it; doing so is not a condition of contacting your payment provider, regulator or a court with jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The version applicable when you place your order governs that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
