Yes. Email thecratenook@gmail.com with the product you are considering and your measurements. For a cover, include the crate's outside length, width and height and a photo of its door layout. For a bed, include the usable inside floor dimensions; for a blanket, the area you want to cover.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check the order’s status and let you know what is possible; changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email thecratenook@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. For a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a return or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order to the United States, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Israel, the Netherlands, Canada, Italy, Chile, Ukraine, Poland and Australia. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout. Import taxes or duties may apply separately; see our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Allow 2–3 business days for processing. U.S. standard delivery is estimated at 8–15 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. International delivery times vary by destination; contact us if no estimate is provided at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders may ship directly from overseas fulfillment partners.

How do I track my order?

We will email tracking details when available. Updates can take time to appear after dispatch, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. If your order is overdue or you need help with tracking, email thecratenook@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I request a return?

Accepted Answer

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, email thecratenook@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery and wait for return instructions. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, without pet hair, odors or damage. Send an approved return within 14 calendar days of receiving instructions. Customer-selected sizing and change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. See our Refund Policy for full terms; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval; your bank or payment provider may take additional time. Any faster deadline required by applicable law takes priority.
